The "château des roches" was built at the end of the 19th century in order to make a place dedicated to the angels. You will find these heavenly beings in the sculpture of the ceiling of the dining/living room, or on the fireplace in the lounge, where you can relax during the winter. you are welcomed "as friends" into the peaceful and intimate atmosphere of our living room and the comfort of our guest rooms. on booking, you will have the opportunity of dining and tasting our traditional family recipes as well as the excellent cider from normandy (22 euros/pers. All included) the "château des roches" is surrounded with one hectare of gardens and undergrowth in the heart of a typical village of the "pays d'auge" which invites you to its 'halle' of the 11th century : - on every monday morning, one of the most authentic markets of normandy. - on every first sunday of the month, a famous antique show, for you weekend "bargain hunters"

St pierre/dives is an ancient town that has been built up around a benedictine abbey consecrated in the presence of william the conqueror in 1067. It welcomes numerous traditional demonstrations. You can enjoy walking around the town.
